SHIPPING POLICY

We offer fast and secure shipping nationwide. Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days. Free standard shipping is available on orders exceeding $100. Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout for an additional fee. Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped.

RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Due to the sensitive nature of our products, returns are generally not accepted unless the product arrives damaged or is defective. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact our support team at orders@nuvapeptides.com within 48 hours of delivery, including photographic evidence. We will assess the issue and may offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.

PEPTIDE STORAGE GUIDELINES

Lyophilized (Freeze-Dried) Peptides:

  • Short-Term Storage: Lyophilized peptides are stable at room temperature (up to 25°C or 77°F) for up to 60 days. However, for maximum stability and longevity, we recommend storing all peptides in a refrigerator at 2-8°C (36-46°F) immediately upon receipt. Unmixed peptides can last 1-2 years under these conditions.
  • Long-Term Storage: If you do not plan to use your lyophilized peptides within 1-2 months, it is best to store them in a freezer at -18°C to -20°C (0°F to -4°F). At this temperature, unmixed peptides can remain stable for up to 3 years.

Reconstituted (Mixed) Peptides:

  • Short-Term Storage: Once reconstituted, peptides should be stored in a refrigerator at 2-8°C (36-46°F). They generally remain stable for up to 30 days under these conditions, though this can vary by peptide.
  • Long-Term Storage: Storing reconstituted peptides long-term is generally not recommended due to potential degradation. If necessary, freezing at -80°C (-112°F) is the optimal method to preserve stability, but repeated freeze-thaw cycles should be avoided. Aliquoting into single-use portions before freezing is advised.

PEPTIDE RECONSTITUTION GUIDE

Follow these steps carefully to properly reconstitute your lyophilized peptides:

  1. Remove the plastic cap from the peptide vial to expose the rubber stopper.
  2. Remove the plastic cap from your vial of bacteriostatic water (or other recommended sterile diluent) to expose its rubber stopper.
  3. To prevent contamination, thoroughly swab both rubber stoppers with an alcohol wipe and allow them to air dry.
  4. Using a sterile syringe of appropriate size, carefully draw your desired volume of bacteriostatic water. For example, 1mL (milliliter).
  5. Slowly inject the bacteriostatic water into the peptide vial, angling the needle so the water runs down the side of the vial. Avoid squirting the water directly onto the lyophilized powder.
  6. Gently swirl or roll the vial until all the peptide powder is completely dissolved. Do not shake the vial, as this can damage the peptide.
  7. Once dissolved, it is recommended to refrigerate the reconstituted peptide solution for at least 30 minutes before use.

Note: The specific volume of diluent may vary based on the peptide and desired concentration. Always refer to product-specific guidelines if available.

Order and shipping confirmations are sent automatically after your order is placed and processed. If you still cannot locate the confirmation, you may have entered your email address incorrectly during checkout. Forgotten or Delayed Payment:

To ensure timely processing and avoid order cancellation, please submit your payment within 1 hour of placing your order. If you encounter any issues with sending payment, or if you receive a notification that your bank has placed a hold on your transaction, please contact our support team immediately at support@nuvapeptides.com.

DAMAGED, LOST, OR INCORRECT ITEMS

With Shipping Insurance:

If you purchased shipping insurance with your order and your product arrives damaged or is confirmed lost by the carrier, please provide clear photographs of the damaged products and packaging (if applicable) to orders@nuvapeptides.com. We will initiate a claim and arrange for a reshipment of your order.

Without Shipping Insurance:

If shipping insurance was not purchased for your order, unfortunately, your package is not covered for reshipment in the event of damage or loss during transit. We highly recommend opting for shipping insurance for all orders.

Incorrect Items Received:

If you believe you have received an incorrect item, please contact us at orders@nuvapeptides.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and details of the discrepancy.
